Brave and loyal Dogs are honest and reliable folk. Whilst they are friendly, they are not very much interested in socialising, don’t particularly like big events and parties, and would much rather have a quiet meal with friends. It may take them a long time to welcome new friends into the inner circle due to their cautious nature, but once they do, they are always supportive and dedicated to friends and family. Dogs are prone to a slightly pessimistic outlook and often worry unnecessarily. They are not that always good at communicating and expressing their innermost feelings. Sometimes they have a temper but their mood returns to normal very quickly.

Dogs cannot stand injustice and unfair treatment – they love to champion good causes and help those less fortunate than themselves. People around them admire them for their integrity and ethical code. Equally, they are a very good judge of character.

These steadfast and aware people inspire confidence in those around them and are very calm under pressure. However, they can have a tendency to be critical and may not always see the whole picture, which leads to misunderstandings.

Wood Dog

Honest, reliable, considerate, just, understanding, patient, thoughtful, compassionate.

Wood Dogs are kind and friendly people who have a great sense of humour. They are wise and eloquent people who love the finer things in life. They are very stable and popular amongst their friends. They make faithful and devoted partners who love to take part in family activities and are very appreciative of help from others.

These Dogs are enterprising and ready to work hard, refusing to give up until they have achieved their goals. They are very aware of their strengths and talents, make good leaders, and always make a good impression. They are less independent than other Dogs and prefer to work as a team. Wood Dogs are patient and persistent. They cannot stand unfairness in the workplace and will do whatever they can to address it.

Fire Dog

Kind hearted, cautious, down to earth, hardworking, sincere, intelligent.

These active and outgoing Dogs love to get involved and make friends easily. They are honest and warm hearted, and make loyal, generous friends, and faithful partners. Whilst soft and gentle on the inside, they may appear outwardly to be direct and aggressive. They are not good at expressing their affection and are sometimes outspoken, so may offend others unintentionally.

Fire Dogs can be great leaders if they can find their inner confidence, but they don’t do well when there is a log of competition. They do best when they have a team around them, so would be wise to focus on improving work relationships so that they can rely on others when things aren’t going well.

Metal Dog

Conservative, accommodating, high self esteem, cautious.

These confident and outgoing Dogs are down to earth and approachable. They take a keen interest in their appearance, so always dress nicely. They are attractive and elegant, so have many admirers, but they may not be brave enough to make the first move in a relationship.

Metal Dogs are very independent and hate to rely on others but are always ready to help their friends and family. They can become anxious and irritable when things aren’t going well, and have a tendency to be a little serious.

They are, however, very determined and ambitious people with a great deal of self belief. They are conservative and realistic, careful and prudent at work, full of motivation and great team players.

Earth Dog

Persistent, attentive, serious, responsible, expressive.

Earth Dogs are kind and generous, and always ready to help friends and family, so usually well liked and respected by those around them. They are principled, disciplined, and responsible, and make great friends due to their patient and considerate nature. They are extremely faithful, but not always good at expressing their feelings, and sometimes may have a tendency to being inflexible and unromantic.

These Dogs have a tendency to spend and they must avoid borrowing money from friends as it will create problems.

Earth Dogs are multi talented and perceptive. They make very efficient and proactive employees who can succeed due to their quiet determination. However, they may have a tendency to challenge authority and find office politics hard to deal with.

Water Dog

Forward thinking, responsible, brave, sometimes self centred.

These carefree and outgoing Dogs are positive and dynamic. They are kind hearted, generous, and responsible, and good with kids, so they make great parents. They make very dedicated partners but sometimes they get distracted by silly things. They have a tendency to spend a lot, however they are good with finances.

Water Dogs have good communication skills, are forward thinking and open minded, but can be lacking in discipline. Whilst they are hard working and aspiring even under pressure, they can be inconsistent and find it hard to follow through. At work they may be unenthusiastic and indecisive.
