Gilian Nelis writes on her top ten round up of the year feature in the Sunday Business Post:
An oldie but a goodie, Kevin Hui’s long established Chinese restaurant in south Dublin serves up a feast of delicious dishes. Luobo Gao (deep-fried turnip cake with an XO dipping sauce), organic baby back pork ribs smoked in jasmine tea and Lambay Island rabbit with green tea leaves and chilli are just some of them.
An unexpected bonus, though, are pastry chef Karen Smith’s fantastic desserts. The golden apricot one I ate there on reviewing duty – an almond creme brulee surrounding a hazelnut sponge with a sea salt and apricot gel centre- was a delight.
What a lovely way for the team to end the year, thanks Gillian for including us!
