We want to give a very warm welcome to the newest member of our team: Pastry Chef Karen Smith.
Many of you may have met her already at China Sichuan, or at the very least try some of her amazing desserts. We feel Karen’s talents will be a fantastic contribution to our continuous effort to offer all our clients a memorable culinary experience at our restaurant.
Over the next few weeks we will be working on creating a perfectly balanced dessert menu with choices for everyone. In the mean time I will encourage you all to try the new beautiful passionfruit marshmallows, glazed chocolate cakes, raspberry meringues, lemon cakes and many more sinful desserts!
