Sadly at times we forget that a restaurant is actually a group of “people” that make that eating or drinking possible. At China Sichuan, we are proud to have a sensational group of “people” that with their expertise and hard work make everything happen. One of those people is our Pastry Chef Extraordinaire, Karen Smith, whose creativity and talent make it possible for all of us to look forward to dessert time at China Sichuan.
